Technical Verification
Mobel America provides the applicable Technical Data Sheets and OSHA Safety Data Sheets.

Sample and First-Delivery Evaluation
The buyer evaluates viscosity, set speed and bond strength in their shop.

Account Activation and Price Lock
After successful testing, the agreed pilot pricing is established as the standard wholesale rate, subject to the stated terms.

Market Protection Clause

Pilot prices are fixed for the first 90 days. Thereafter, pricing remains in effect unless an extraordinary market fluctuation occurs. If underlying raw-material or freight costs increase by 5% or more, the supplier may adjust pricing proportionally after providing at least 30 days’ written notice.

5. Non-Binding Terms

This Letter of Intent represents a mutual statement of commercial interest only. It does not constitute a legally binding purchase contract and creates no financial obligation for the buyer until an official purchase order or sales invoice is executed following successful product evaluation.
